OBSERVED MULTIPLE EMPLOYEE DRINKS STORED ON TOP OF ICE MACHINE. PERSONAL DRINKS MUST BE STORED TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION. COS- EMPLOYEES REMOVED DRINKS AND PLACED IN AN APPROPRIATE LOCATION.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible

OBSERVED HAND SINK THAT IS LOCATED IN THE BACK BY THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK TO BE BLOCKED WITH UTENSILS (METAL SHEET PAN) UPON ARRIVAL. HAND SINKS MUST BE AVAILABLE AND ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES. COS- EMPLOYEE REMOVED UTENSILS AND PLACED IT IN 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
OBSERVED WIPING CLOTH FOR STEAM WAND SANITIZATION REGISTERING AT 0 PPM QUAT CONCENTRATION. RED SANI BUCKET ALSO REGISTERED AT 0 PPM QUAT. SANITIZER MUST BE WITHIN THE MANUFACTURER'S GUIDELINES (200-400 PPM). COS- EMPLOYEE REMADE SANITIZER TO APPROPRIATE CONCENTRATION AND IT TESTED AT 300 PPM QUAT.
