ALSO OBSERVED GAPS IN LOWER CORNER AND ALONG DOORS IN ROOMS 111, 113, 213, 211, 208, AND 205 THAT ALLOW LIGHT TO SHINE THROUGH. OPENINGS TO THE OUTSIDE MUST BE PROTECTED BY TIGHT-FITTING DOORS, SCREENING, OR OTHER MEANS FOR INSECT AND RODENT CONTROL

OBSERVED DENTS/HOLES AND UNPAINTED PLASTER ON WALLS ON BOTH SIDES OF SINK COUNTER IN ROOMS 111, 113, 213, 211, 208, AND 205.
