HOT WATER IN ROOMS 201, 205, 207, 213, AND 215 ALL TEMPED BETWEEN 130-134 F. THIS IS TOO HOT AND CAN POTENTIALLY CAUSE BURNS. HOT WATER IN ALL GUEST ROOMS SHALL NOT EXCEED 120 F. ADJUST HOT WATER HEATER TEMPERATURE ASAP TO ALLOW FOR THE WATER TEMPERATURE TO BE BELOW 120 F
8 - annual gas fired equipment inspection on file; gas units equipped with automatic safety and/or 100% cut-off pilot

NO GAS FIRED INSPECTION FORM ON RECORD/FILE THAT SHOWS THAT THE GAS-FIRED EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN INSPECTED WITHIN THE LAST YEAR. ALL GAS-FIRED EQUIPMENT SHALL BE INSPECTED AT LEAST ANNUALLY BY A QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL. INSPECTION FORMS MUST BE KEPT ON FILE AND READILY AVAIABLE UPON REQUEST

OBSERVED A GALLON OF MILK INSIDE REACH-IN COOLER FOR GUESTS. MILK SHOULD BE COMMERCIALLY PRE-PACKAGED IN SINGLE SERVICE CONTAINERS TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION. FURTHER VIOLATIONS ARE NOTED IN THE FOOD SERVICE INSPECTION REPORT FOR THIS FACILITY
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

OBSERVED DIRTY AND RUSTED PARTS INSIDE THE MINI FRIDGES IN ROOMS 201, 205, 207, 213. OBSERVED A LAYER OF DUST ON ALL MINI FRIDGES IN ALL ROOMS INSPECTED. ALSO OBSERVED THAT THE DRESSER SPACE THAT THE FRIDGE IS LOCATED IN TO BE FULL OF DUST, GRIME, AND OTHER DEBRIS IN ALL ROOMS INSPECTED. ALL FURNITURE IN THE FACILITY MUST BE CLEAN AND IN GOOD REPAIR
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair
