OBSERVED THAT NO EMPLOYEE CURRENTLY HAS A CERTIFIED FOOD SAFETY MANAGER CERTIFICATION. AT LEAST ONE EMPLOYEE MUST BE A CERTIFIED FOOD SAFETY MANAGER TO ENSURE FOOD SAFETY IS BEING MANAGED WITHIN THE FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT DURING ALL HOURS OF OPERATION. PIC IS CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING CERTIFICATION.

OBSERVED THE DOOR TO THE DRY STORAGE ROOM/OFFICE TO NOT BE SELF CLOSING. ALL OUTER DOORS MUST BE SELF CLOSING TO PREVENT ENTRY FROM PESTS AND RODENTS. PLACE SELF CLOSING MECHANISM ON DOOR WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
