Dish machine not providing a sanitized dish. Discontinue use until repaired and use 3 compartment sink method.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(8)(b) - expired foods (p)
Expired canned goods in emergency stockpile. These items must be kept in date. If the exp. date is on the box of canned goods but not on the cans themselves, then the exp. date must be marked on the cans. Cans that are dented on any of the seams cannot be used and must be either discarded or separated and labeled "Do not use" until returned for credit.
