Observed several containers of food out and not cold holding @ 58F. Spinach and cheese and chicken and cheese. Mixtures were thrown out.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Hand sink not accessible. It is blocked. Keep hand sink free from clutter and only to wash hands.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(r) - food storage, prohibited areas (c)
Observed 3-compartment sink being used as storage for insulated coolers.

Inspection report and food permit not displayed for consumers. Permit and inspection must be posted.
