Observed hand sink at soda machine blocked off. Remove boxes and other items out of way so hand sink can be accessible for handwashing.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(g) - chemical sanitizers, criteria (p)
Observed 3-compartment sink and sanitizer bucket concentration too high at 500ppmQ. Ensure sanitizer level ranges from at least 150ppmQ-300ppmQ. Concentration is too toxic. I will be back later this week to ensure dispenser is at a correct concentration. The dish machine is in proper concentration at 100ppmCl. Informed PIC to use dish machine until sanitizer dispenser is calibrated.
10D - food properly labeled; original container

Observed multiple items in reach-in cooler that are past expiration date. Expiration date of 10/5 for all items: breaded chicken, roast beef, pasta salad. Ensure to discard all items that are past expiration date.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(g)(1)&(3) - kitchenware and tableware, single-service/-use items properly handled to protect food-/lip-contact surfaces (c)
Invert spoons and forks so lip/ food contact surface is protected. Ensure to cover all single use straws so customers do not touch the rest of the straws. Protect lip/ food contact surface so it is not exposed in open air and so it will not be contaminated.
