Observed raw hamburger patty in walk-in cooler not properly covered. Raw patty stored under wired shelving with accumulation. Ensure to clean shelving frequently and/ or cover food to properly protect food item from contamination.

Observed soda machine cabinet broken and metal exposed. Fixed immediately to prevent injury. Observed PTC lid in server station in disrepair make sure to fix PTC lid.

Observed vent in main kitchen with visible accumulation. Walls and ceiling tiles with accumulation and grease. Ensure to clean frequently to avoid accumulation and grease from falling into food. Keep in walls, ceiling tiles, and floors clean.
