Employees were not washing hands at all. Main hand sink in main prep area was turned off and could not be used. There was also a bowl in the hand sink. The water valve had been turned off due to leaking faucets. The other hand sink available was on far side of kitchen and had a water hose hanging from it. Employees were not using this hand sink either. Hand sink must be operational at all times and employees must wash hands between tasks and before preparing food. Water valve was opened for use and must be repaired today.
