Observed no time records/ labels on prep-top cooler items. Ensure to Label each item with prep date and 4 hour discard time on label when using time as a public health control. Discard items after four hours and replace. Ensure to label items once replaced.

Observed multiple boxes of fries with frost in walk-in freezer on ground. Ensure all food items are 6-inches off of the ground to properly clean under items.

observed employee with no hair restraint. Ensure to wear approved hair restraints.
