High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : cooked pasta on the front line 121°. The pasta in the lower 3/4 of the pan went from 138-161°. The pasta was stirred, heated to 165°+, and maintained above 135° thereafter. Corrected On-Site
