High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed: 15 parfaits held in a mini glass door reach-in cooler, 58F. The reach-in cooler had a built up ice pad accumulation on the internal back wall. The invoice depicts the parfaits come in under refrigeration.
