High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the front line: mango salsa 52°, salsa 52°, cut tomato 48°, shred cheese 52°. All items were iced bathed and moved to the working walk-in cooler. These items were brought out from the walk-in cooler after 1:15 pm. In 9 minutes items had dropped 4-5°.
