Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. Observed : the hand wash sink that was in the large room in front of the kitchen had a hand wash sink against the kitchen wall. The sink is gone and a false wall is now in front of that area. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2026-05-27: On Call Back: 5-27-2026 Staff relates they heard a sink had been ordered, nothing has arrived as of yet. Owner is out of town. Admin Complaint
