High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee on prep line wearing gloves scratched the inside of their ear, then removed gloves and put on clean gloves without washing hands. Discussed with manager.
