High Priority - Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee in rear prep area handled personal phone with gloved hands, then handled sliced cheese with the same gloved hands without first washing hands or changing gloves. Manager had them employee stop, wash hands, and put in new gloves before continuing to handle food.
