Operator relocated the cucumber salad and coleslaw to different reach in cooler, placed in reach in cooler around 9am. Carrot cake from 7pm the previous day. Sliding door reach in cooler at ambient air of 50F. In the walk in cooler, meatloaf (54F - Cold Holding) per operator was out on the line 15 minutes prior, operator relocated the meatloaf to the walk in freezer. Corrective Action Taken Warning
