Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed buildup of ice on fan inside walk-in freezer.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed diced tomatoes 46F at 10am placed in drive thru side of cook line at 7am. Manager voluntarily discarded. Corrected On-Site

Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no ambient thermometers in cold holding units on cook line.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop next to mop sink in back kitchen area not hung to dry.

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical spray bottle on hand wash sink in front kitchen area.
