Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Hand wash sink behind buffet dripping into tub on floor.

Basic - Standing water in floor drain/floor drain draining very slowly, by dish pit.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed mold like substance on ice curtain inside ice machine. Manager cleaned during inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Ceiling and walls around AC vent next to cook line and above prep area with build up of dust.

Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed hot water not working in hand wash sink next to cook line and in prep area. Manager turned on hot water under the sinks. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Basic - Uncovered food stored near sink exposed to splash. Observed prepped sliced potatoes stored in last compartment of 3CS while dishes were being washed in other 2 compartments next to them. Manager removed all prepped potatoes and had employee move dirty dishes to dish area for wash. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed coffee grounds in hand wash sink in prep area of kitchen. Manager cleared the sink and spoke with employee. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed hot water on hand wash sink next to prep area not working. Also had water turned off to sink next to kitchen area. Employee turned on water in kitchen area. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed ice machine bin with mold like substance.

Basic - In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed two knives stored under hot holding unit. Employee took knives to dish area. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed tea urns uncovered. Manager covered. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed 0 ppm chlorine in dish machine. Pushed tube all the way in sanitizer and primed machine. Corrected to 50 ppm. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Sanitizer hose broken. Manager has called repairman. Corrective Action Taken
