Funnel cake batter 60F, contains reconstituted egg and milk product, made approximately 2 hours prior, held in bin at room temperature. Voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. Discussed time as a public health control with operator and provided form for written plan.

Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice in front counter ice bin. Employee removed scoops at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Bottle of all purpose cleaner not labeled.

Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Case of water bottle on floor. Operator moved water to dunnage rack.

Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Emailed poster to operator.
