Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed microwave in front of counter interior is soiled

Basic - Ceiling tile at front counter is a little soiled with dust

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink on front line in beverage area (2bay sink) hand wash side with ice in sink.

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of the ice machine soiled, pipe plumbed interior soiled, lip of unit soiled.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Air vent near the barista station soiled area of vent and wall.

Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Stainless steel bowls on top shelve not inverted when not in use, no overhead protection in place, Repeat Violation

Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Back hallway leading to office/mop sink area, no cove molding/ baseboards and frame of back door at bottom in need of repair.

Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Floors under shelving unit in back dry stock room soiled. Floors in prep area and front line, no longer smooth and easily cleanable due to flaking surface and cracks in flooring.

Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. To the right of entrance to dry stock room, Repeat Violation

Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Ice scoop buried in ice in ice bin of ice machine.
