High Priority - Evidence of mop/cleaning wastewater dumped onto ground. On back side of building in grassy area immediately behind ihop observed: Water pour out of pipe in building wall. Observed grassy area has standing soiled water covering approximately 10-15 feet along ihop building. The grassy area separates the ihop from neighboring establishments (Dunkin' Donuts)parking lot. No water is reaching the Dunkin' Donuts property at time of inspection as it is on higher ground level. Water observed coming out of pipe was running clear, but water on ground has a greasy film, trash and it attracting flying insects Turned on faucets for handsink and three compartment sink, and observed continuous stream pouring from pipe onto ground outside Turned off kitchen sinks and stopped running dishmachine.
