Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Bananas with stickers on them stored with ready to eat fruit. Employee cut through banana with sticker still on. Educated operator and corrected.

Portable fire extinguisher gauge in red zone. For reporting purposes only. Type K fire extinguisher in kitchen in recharge zone. Operator has all fire extinguishers serviced in August of 2025, service company contacted will be out to replace. Corrective Action Taken
