High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. 2 drawer lowboy cooler; cooked pasta (44-46F - Cold Holding). As per operator, foods in unit not portioned or prepared today. In unit less than 4hrs. Observed drawer slightly open upon arrival. Operator placed bags of ice on all pasta and properly closed unit for quick chill. Corrective Action Taken
