Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook line- drawers and 2 door cooler- white rice 47-53, mashed potatoes 50-55. All cooked, cooled in walk in cooler then placed in the coolers at the cook line at about 10:00 am. - From follow-up inspection 2022-03-24: Rice 52°F from March 22nd per operator See Stop Sale Admin Complaint
