High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed prep person wash hands for 8 seconds

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed a box of mugs root beer syrup on floor next to office.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust next to walk in freezer.

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed written procedure to manager. Corrected On-Site
