Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Observed multiple ceiling tiles missing in kitchen, above walk in cooler. Per operator, landlord has already scheduled repair. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Main kitchen at mop sink- observed mop wet nesting on the floor.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in the walk-in cooler, milk (49°F - Cold Holding). Per the operator the inventory arrived today and the door was open for approximately 2 hours while inventory was rotated and stocked and all stock was received today. Operator placed call to repair technician to have walk-in checked. Corrective Action Taken
