Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee touched celery before placing it in a drink. Advised employee and drain was voluntarily discarded. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the prep table, pico de gallo (55 - Cold Holding). Per the manager the item was out for 30 minutes. Manager returned item to refrigeration to quick chill. Corrected On-Site
