High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Egg station; liquid eggs (55F - Cold Holding). As per operator food not portioned or prepared today. In unit less than 4 hours. Observed container in water (melted ice bath). Operator refilled cold holding unit with ice and replaced liquid eggs. Liquid eggs in lowboy cooler for quick chill Corrective Action Taken
