High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Main cold table; spinach dip (45F - Cold Holding). As per operator foods in unit not portioned or prepared today. In unit less than 4hrs. Observed food seated next to hot table. Operator removed spinach dip from area, then placed bag of ice to quick chill away from hot table. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On clean ware washing rack observed multiple hotel pans still wet but stacked on each other. Operators removed to properly clean and air dry Corrected On-Site
