High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ice cream mix (44-45°F - Cold Holding) at 9:20am. Per operator 10 min. Operator turned off machine to drain. Observed on left side frosty machine. Advised operator to not use left side of machine until it can maintain at 41°F and below.

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hand wash sink at 79°F in kitchen area next to fry station. Repeat Violation
