High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Two doors cooler- pre- cooked pasta (48F - Cold Holding). Per operator food moved from walk in cooler, less than 3 hours. Observed thick cover on top of container. Operator removed cover and placed pasta on top shelf for a quick chill Corrective Action Taken
