High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. -Observed TCS cheese cold held at 45F in flip top cooler. As per operator, cheese transfer to unit less than 2 hours before the inspection. Operator placed ice pack on item for quick chill. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Observed case with unwashed celery stored over lemonade in walk in cooler. Operator relocate celery. Corrected On-Site
