High Priority - Raw animal food not separated from ready-to-eat food during storage. -Observed raw cheese stored on carton with raw shell eggs in reach in cooler. Operator removed cheese to top shelf. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. -Observed TCS cheese cold held at 45F and slice ham at 44F in flip top cooler. Per operator, both items transfer to unit 1 hour prior to the inspection. Operator placed ice packs on items for quick chill. Corrective Action Taken
