In the walk in cooler milk (48F-52F- cold holding). Not prepared or portioned today. As per operator out of temperature since purchase at approximately 9:00 am or 2 hours at the time of checking temperature. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2025-11-07: Observed at flip top cooler in kitchen - sliced Turkey (45F- cold holding) as per employee item held out of temperature for approximately 3 hours. Operator discarded item at will. Observed at flip top cooler in kitchen - sliced cheese (51F- cold holding) as per employee item not portioned or prepared today, item transferred from walk in cooler 3 hours prior to inspection. Employee place ice on item. Admin Complaint
