Observed - make table flip top/ reach in cooler - mini bagels (47F - Cold Holding). Per operator, items have been out of temperature for approximately 3 hours. Items placed in walk-in to rapid cool. - white cheddar cheese (47F - Cold Holding), American cheese (47F - Cold Holding). Cream cheese (51F - Cold Holding); butter (52F - Cold Holding). Per operator, items have been out of temperature for more than four hours. See stop sale.
