Observed in walk-in cooler chicken soup 108F@ 1:35 cooling since 1:00 rechecked chicken soup 101F@2:05 at this rate the item will not cool to 70F within 2 hours. Operator placed in walk-in freezer to quickly chill. Corrective Action Taken
