Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand wash sign at hand sink by cook line on interior of kitchen.

Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filter not covered for protection on top of coffee machine.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop head not hung to dry laying in bottom of mop sink.

Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed open can of gravy sitting on shelf. In back kitchen area next to walk in cooler.

Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed dish machine not reaching proper dish temp it would not complete wash cycle. Advised using three compartment sink to run dishes.
