High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed tub of whipped butter at waitress counter front line cold holding temperature 48°F. Operator stated butter had been removed from reaching cooler less than one hour prior and returned butter to region and cooler. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed section of wall in dry storage area with collapsed drywall and exposed installation that has mold-like substance. operator has covered area with plastic drop cloth to seal the wall and has scheduled repair service.

Basic - In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away. Observed handle dripped well at cooks line and wait staff area both have insufficient water velocity.
