Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed multiple tanks not secured at next to shelf near beer cooler. Operator secured the tanks with chain. Corrected On-Site

Basic - In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed ice scoop on soiled surface at the top exterior of ice machine. Operator cleaned and sanitized the ice scoop and placed in clean container. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment located in an area not protected from overhead leakage of pipes, drains and other sources. Observed multiple disposable containers and cups stored under automatic fire sprinkler heads. Educated the operator.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed containers on the floor at prep area. Operator removed the items off the floor. Corrected On-Site

Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container of the popcorn maker. Operator placed the handle above the cooked popcorn. Corrected On-Site
