High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed a bag of scrambled eggs on counter with temperature of 50F for 15 minutes. Observed operator automatically discarding item. No stop sale issued.

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwashing sink with dirty cleaning towels inside and chemical bottles hanging on sink.

Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employee with no hair restraint.

Basic - Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Observed cooking utensils on drying shelf, in a container, stored handles down.

Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters sitting on top of coffee maker, not stored for protection. Repeat Violation

Basic - Garbage not placed in a receptacle for storage until pick up to make the garbage inaccessible to insects and rodents. Observed in kitchenette garbage bag out of trash can with garbage inside in rinse sink of three compartment sink. Also bagged trash sitting on floor in kitchenette.

Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer solution and being rinsed with plain water to wipe counters and tables
