High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Bagel Bites with Cream Cheese (45F - Cold Holding recheck 41F); Sausage (45F - Cold Holding recheck 38F) in sandwich station cooler drawers with containers of ice in drawers.
