Observed Mashed Potatoes (78F - Hot Holding); Sausage Gravy (98F - Hot Holding) in warmer stored with the biscuits. Oven being used as a holding but not at proper temperature. Discussed with employee. Employee started to reheat products. Corrective Action Taken
