Observed Butter (50F - Cold Holding); Cream Cheese (50F - Cold Holding) stored in vertical 2 door expo reach-in cooler near dish pit area. Operator stated items had been in cooler overnight. Issued stop sale. All other items were moved to another cooler. Items were recently prepared.
