Behind food counter observed, cheese (47F - Cold Holding); cheese (48F - Cold Holding); sour cream (48F - Cold Holding). Employee stated only placed in cooler thirty minutes prior and placed in freezer and when re-temped all items are 39F. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Behind the bar in a cabinet observed drink frills stored with chemicals. Employee removed frills. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Behind bar soda gun holder observed with heavy mold-like substance. Behind the food counter observed both soda stations with buildup around the nozzles. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The handwash sink behind the food counter near the bar entry observed blocked by equipment and miscellaneous kitchen items.
