Employee stated only placed in cooler thirty minutes prior and placed in freezer and when re-temped all items are 39F. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The handwash sink behind the food counter near the bar entry observed blocked by equipment and miscellaneous kitchen items.

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed not sanitizer test strips available for Ecolab Sink and surface sanitizer.

Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at handwash sink behind the bar and sink behind food counter. Observed the sink behind food counter without paper towels.

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Under soda boxes in kitchen storage area observed sticky syrup buildup.
