High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 2 rodent droppings at the front counter lobby area on the floor. Observed 1 rodent droppings on the floor by the hand wash sink on the main line. Observed 1 rodent droppings on the floor under the prep area hand wash sink. Observed 1 rodent droppings on ledge in front of the window air conditioning unit. Observed 2 rodent droppings on the floor under the three compartment sink. Operator swept and discarded all observed rodent droppings. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2023-11-18: At time of follow up inspection 2 observed rodent droppings on the bathroom floor.
