High Priority - Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Gravy on back prep table in ice bath at 102F. Per employee, gravy was made at 7:00. Temperature taken at 9:34. Employee heated gravy to 174F and placed gravy on an ice bath and placed in walk-in cooler. Corrective Action Taken
