High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken breast at 46F and chicken salad at 45F on cart in walk in cooler. Per operator, cart was left out of cooler for approximately 30 minutes, 1 hour prior. Both products moved to walk in freezer and approximately 10 minutes later temperatures were 42F and 43F, respectively. Corrective Action Taken
