Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like substance on the ice chute of the self service drink machine. This is a repeat violation from 02/23/2022. Discussed with operator about adding the ice chute to the cleaning list. Repeat Violation

Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Observed missing coving tile by the three compartment sink.
