Basic - In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away. Dipper well behind the counter water velocity was not strong enough. Operator turned up the water flow. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk 47F cold hold less than 4 hours. Operator put container of milk on ice. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Ice buildup in ice cream reach-in freezer.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Repeat Violation

Basic - Build-up observed on upper water dispensing plate above the grid in the interior of the ice machine.

Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed one tall co2 tank stored outside next to the rear fence not secured. Discussed with Operator Repeat Violation

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. In outside storage, boxes of single service cups stored on ground. Operator moved single service items to proper storage. Corrected On-Site
